Welcome vendors, artists, cosplayers, film makers, content creators, and everyone who loves horror and pop culture. Come join us June 6-8,2025. We currently have 2 types of booths available, outlined below. This is not our first time working a con on the island. In 2018 we were a part of "Put In Play Con" that unfortunately was not renewed for a second year due to the owners focusing on their start up of Bash on the Bay. We learned some lessons from that show and are able to help you guys out better along the way.

Vendors we ask that you do not sell any firearms or anything prohibited by law. We are not looking for food truck vendors at this time.

🏨Host hotel: Grand Islander Hotel is $159 per night for our con, (usually $289 a night) while supplies last. You must call them to book our rate: (419)285-5555

⛴️Ferries are the most common ways to get you on the island. Most of our crew will be using Miller Ferries but you can use Jet express too. When setting our booth prices we factored in that you guys will have these expenses so we set them low. The ferry prices vary but you can find their links, on our main link, that'll direct you too which ever ferry you choose. Plan on spending approximately $100 round trip for 2 people and vehicle. A trailer cost extra (depending on size). You do not have to take a vehicle over but I know most of you will need too for your booth set ups and supplies. The process is pretty easy to get on the ferry and is first come first serve for vehicles. The earlier you get there Friday morning, the better. We suggest that you come on Thursday (or earlier) so you beat the rush and can check out the island more, especially if you've never been before.
⛴️ Miller Ferry: Save $2 OFF Adult Round Trip. You must provide a printed or digital copy of our coupon.
There is no discount for vehicles.

Golf carts are the best way to get around on the island once you're there and settled in. Otherwise most things are within walking distance around town.

🫀Vendor Booths ($300):
10x10, table, 2 chairs, 2 vendor passes per table. There will be no backdrop curtains provided and you'll need to bring your own table cloth. We do not provide extension cords or any additional materials to aide in vendor set-up. Electricity is available for $40 additional.

🫀Artist, content creators and film makers ($200):
6x6, table, 2 chairs, 2 Vendor passes per table. There will be no backdrop curtains provided and you'll need to bring your own table cloth. We do not provide extension cords or any additional materials to aide in vendor set-up. Electricity is available for $40 additional.

Additional Vendor badges $45 each (must be purchased by the same person who buys the booth)

No sharing booths but if you have a friend we will do everything possible to put you next to each other if you request it.

Vendor Passes do not include the VIP Party on the Flaming Skull Pirate Ship. That is available to vendors at a discounted rate for the VIP party(s) only, while supplies last. $40 each & limited to 2 discounted per exhibitor.

🍻ALL attendees of our con will receive drink specials at select bars: Splash, The Flaming Skull Pirate Ship, Fat Fingers Piano Bar, Last Resort Ladder Co., and Level 2 Night Club by showing your con wristband. 🍕Also Fire Engine Pizza Co. will be offering a discount all weekend!

All 2025 Exhibitors will get first dibs for 2026.
